HISTORY

Felix King is the owner and founder of the ministry of Ambassadors For Jesus. He grew up in the church, but did not become a Christian until 1988. As a Christian, he has served in several ministries of his church, From the Heart Church Ministries. He has been a member of our 24 hour prayer vigil since ’92 and a supervisor in our children’s church for 5 years. As a direct result of growth and development in God’s Word, he believes that God has moved upon him to minister to people through Christian apparel, specifically designed with a message to witness to the world. Since there have been many mediums to spread God’s Word such as radio, TV, and word of mouth, this is just another vehicle to share Jesus with someone and to spread his gospel. This is when he began to form the company, Ambassadors for Jesus, as a ministry to fulfill this vision.

PHILOSOPHY
His belief is that none of us, as Christians, should have a desire to leave this earth until we have finished the work that God has given us. Of course, his examples are Jesus Christ and the Apostle Paul because they both have stated that they had finished the work or the course that God has given them. It is important that we allow God to use us to witness to others because we didn’t become Christians just for ourselves. Although we are benefactors of salvation, we are also called into the ministry of reconciliation to be a witness and example of Jesus Christ. Therefore it is imperative that we all share in the responsibility to spread the Word of God to all human beings by providing them with the opportunity to receive salvation. This is true commitment of what we believe and how we believe it.

What has inspired him were such messages like “Allow God to do a New Thing” and “Failure is a Permitted Response” by his Pastor and his wife. These messages have inspired and energized him to allow the Holy Spirit to move him in a way to create unique, original and inspirational designs that are different from traditional t-shirts. These t-shirts are designed as impact messages to create dialogue with others, to encourage witnessing and to plant a seed for salvation.
